What a wonderful day!

Baby Shower!

What a wonderful day yesterday was! I was surrounded by such fantastic ladies that just spoiled me and our baby to pieces! My sister, mother and mother-in-law did such a great job with the all the tasty food & cake. The decorations where exactly what I wanted. The day really could not have been better. Well, if all my family and friends from out of state could have been there it would have been but they where all with me in my thoughts. We received such wonderful gifts from the car seat & stroller, bathtub, tons of towels & washcloths, cute outfits, bedding, & blankets galore & so much more! It was so much fun, I want to do it again and again! Thank you all for sharing in such a special time in mine and Gabes life. We are truely grateful to have family & friends like all of you! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

We hope everyone had a safe and fun New Year! We sure did! I have a feeling this is going to be the "BEST YEAR EVER!" Gabe and I (well mostly Gabe) stayed in and put our babies furniture together. We are still waiting on the changing table to arrive but this is what we have done so far. I just love it. We cannot wait to bring our little one home!

27 weeks 5 days, 7 months!!!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!

Really counting down the weeks now. If all goes as planned (like they ever do) only 12 weeks and a few days left till we get to meet our first child! The little one is VERY active these days. Little kicks and punches are welcoming, I really do enjoy feeling them. Gabe has felt baby's kicks too as well as Papa while Grandma only got to see them. She thinks she has the calming touch since when she placed her hand on my belly the baby stopped moving. I think something different but won't go there...she will get upset with me!!!! HAHA love you mom!

21 weeks 5 days!! Only 18 weeks to go!!!!

WHAT A GREAT DAY!

This has been one of the best days of being pregnant so far. 20 weeks 5 days, due date still March 9th 2008! My in laws Helyse & Fred came up to visit and join myself, Gabe, my parents and sister to our 20 week ultrasound appointment. I first had to drink 16 oz. of water 2 hours before the appointment and was not able to use the restroom. PURE TORTURE for a pregnant women but I was strong and maybe only did the pee pee dance once or twice. The tech. doing the ultrasound was amazing. Very patient and informative. I even hugged him when we had finished. He really did make my day! The baby looked great, 4 limbs, full bladder and stomach. He or she even waved at us...of course this is when I started to cry. At one point the baby even opened and closed it's eyes and mouth. What a blessing life really is. We then had lunch at one of my very favorite restaurants Il Fornaio...ummmm so good! My parents had to get back to work so we parted ways with them and took off to Babies R Us. Can I just have one of each please! Too much fun. From there we where on our way to Starbucks! How many of my favorites can I have in one day? I think I had them all today! Hope everyone enjoys these pictures as much as we all did. My love to all.

BABY BUMP!

Okay, so here is a belly picture everyone has been asking for. 19 weeks, 5 months! Almost half way there!!! Look at my Dozer...think he knows? I sure do!

High energy!

Today we had our 14 week check up and ultrasound. Our little one was full of energy. He or she was really active, moving all over my belly. It waved to us once but too quick for our Dr. to still fame it. This is it's back side, head, spine and an arm. Maybe our baby is camera shy...I don't know. All in all it was great to see more of a baby form then the last photos.
