Merry Christmas 2009!

Someone must have been a really good boy this year because he sure did get spoiled rotten! I might have to have a little talk with Morty (our Elf) next year about this. None the less we all had a wonderful Christmas!

Baking Time!

Just look at my lil' bakers man so cute in his very own apron and bakers hat that Meme bought for him! He loves to help do just about anything, clean, mop, sweep and now baking. How did we get so lucky?

Santa's Visit 2009!

Our Elf Morty told me that Santa would be making a quick visit to our house to check in on Noah before his big night next week. I called my good friends Jessica, Eric and their baby girl Summer to have them come on over so Summer could meet Santa too! The visit went off without a hitch except Noah wondering where his bike was...LOL! Santa told him he and the elf's back at the North Pole where still working on it...so cute!

Happy Hanukkah 2009!

Happy Hanukkah 2009! We celebrate all 8 nights of Hanukkah with the lighting of the Menorah and reciting of the prayers at home as always. But this year I decided to cook a traditional Hanukkah meal and have my family over ( see Potato Latkes photo below ), YUMMY! I did a great job if I do say so myself! Saturday we celebrated with Gabe's family. Savta always makes a wonderful dinner as well. The best Matzo Ball Soup ever. Gabe took a crack at it at our dinner and it was good but not as good as Savta's...she must have a secret as Gabe made his from the same recipe as she does. I will have to see if she will pass on that secret. Noah had a blast at both celebrations. He likes to say "Happy Hanukkah" and "Menorah." It is a ton of fun this year! Can't wait till next!

My mom wanted to have a family picture taken for her Christmas cards this year. We set up Gabe's camera and here are the results!

So we had Noah's pictures taken the other day. I did not by the rights to them as it is pretty expensive and I will probably do so for his 2 year pictures in a few months anyway. Thanksgiving 2009!

A day filled with good family and of course good food! We had brunch with my family before heading to the Bay Area for dinner with Gabe's family. What a wonderful day! Noah had so much fun playing with his big cousin Angelina! The where super cute holding hands most of the day (I think they where practicing for their up coming roll of Flower Girl and Ring Bearer for Sarah & Nick's wedding).
