Family Day!

We wanted to get out of the Valley heat so we decided to head to the Bay Area. Boy was it chilly. Our first stop was the Marin Headlands that has just beautiful views of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco but today was a little foggy. We had packed a picnic lunch so Fort Cronkhite Beach was next on the tour. Noah loved playing in the sand and watching a man fly a kite. Next was The Marine Mammal Center. I had never heard of this place before but Gabe being from this area knew of it as a kid. It is much bigger now than what he remembers. I loved it. This facility cares for more sick marine mammals than any other place in the world and they rescue from the entire California Coast...just love it. Since April of this year they have released over 200 mammals back into the ocean! Then it was on to Downtown Sausalito! The sun was out and so where the sailboats! Noah got a kick out of seeing those. Just another wonderful day spent with my boys!

Cache Creek River

Sunday Gabe and I packed a picnic lunch and hit CA Hwy-16 for a trip to Cache Creek River in the Capay Valley. It was hot but beautiful. Noah didn't really know what to think if the rushing water and wanted to stay very close to Mommy and Daddy!

Discovery Kingdom Again!

Another wonderful day at Discovery Kingdom...so glad we bought those season passes! Today we were joined by Savta, Grandpa Fred and Uncle Michael! The big hit of the day was that Noah and I got to pet, feed and kiss a Dolphin! A dream come true for me! Thank you everyone for a great day!

Train Town!

We had such a wonderful day in beautiful Sonoma! We had brunch at the Plaza Bistro with Savta, Grandpa Fred, Uncle Anthony, Aunt Annie, Angelina, Luciano and UNCLE MICHAEL! Yep, Uncle Michael is in town from Israel for a visit! We all then took the kids over to Train Town and fun was had by all. We all finished the day at the central park to celebrate Uncle Anthony's birthday. Savta and Angelina made red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting...I heard they where good but I stuck to my diet! Thank You everyone for a great day!

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom!

Yesterday Noah, Gabe, Meme and I met up with Uncle Tyler and Stephanie at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom! So glad be bought season passes...I don't know how anyone could see the whole park in just on day! So much fun! Can't wait to go back!
